A fabulous venue, an eclectic guest list, or is it the delicious food and alluring libations? I’d say it would be all of the above if you joined us for the launch of Inside Northside’s new south shore edition, Inside New Orleans. Being event planners in New Orleans, we know that great food and drinks are an essential part of the event planning process. Not to mention a way of life here in the “Big Easy!” With that in mind, we enticed eight amazing local restaurants to work their magic and cater this exciting event. The party was held at Saks Fifth Avenue and started even before you walked through the entrance. Guests were guided down a ‘black’ carpet towards a beautifully sculpted ice bar, where two Saintsations and a cold glass of champagne greeted them. Food tables flanked both sides of Saks Fifth Avenue, leading guests towards the sweet sounds of the jazz duo band. There, you could find our special guest, James Michalopoulos, who created the art for the first cover of Inside New Orleans. He was one of the last ones cutting a rug. Everyone had an amazing time, what a spectacular event!
