Owner/Lead Planner/Creative Director
President, Susan Zackin, a native New Orleanian, has been in the event planning world for over 30 years. She began her career as an interior designer and brings her expert sense of spatial relations and a sense of urgency with her to the event world. Her vast experience, of working both in South Florida and other parts of the globe, has given her fabulous opportunities to work with many distinguished clients and produce elegant to outrageous events! Susan and her team look forward to starting the planning process with you on your next event!
Events and Operations Manager
Andrea moved to New Orleans after graduating from The University of Mississippi in 2011. She worked as a production accountant in the entertainment industry on high profile films such as “Django Unchained” “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” and “The Magnificent Seven.”
Andrea joined Team Z in 2017 and quickly applied her production experience to the event planning industry. Her ability to multitask, stay organized and pay close attention to detail makes her the perfect guide to lead you through the planning process. Andrea loves to travel, enjoys photography, live music and spending time with her husband Joseph and Yorkie named Tucker.
Sales & Marketing
Susan Wormser is the Sales and Marketing Director for Z Event Company and the Event Glossary. Susan is a native New Orleanian with over 25 years experience in the event industry which all began as an intern at Saks Fifth Avenue in 1987 then rising to Marketing Director overseeing 15 employees and taking events on the road to several states. Her greatest strengths are her creativity and drive and thrives on seeing an idea come to fruition.
When Susan isn’t networking at an event or producing an event, she loves to play competitive tennis and snuggle with her Cavallier King Charles Spaniel named Louis. She has a son and daughter who are in college in Washington, DC.
