After graduating from Washington and Lee University, Tani made her move to the D.C. area immediately after graduating. While working with a marketing tech company as a graphic designer and producer of corporate events, she traveled across the nation for work. This gave her a quick start launching her into the career of events. While she still is a master at technology, we love her sense of style and organization that keeps all of our logistics “in check”!

A native New Yorker, Tani moved to New Orleans in 2019 and we welcomed her as a member of Team Z soon after. Her eye for design and her fine attention to detail makes her an integral part of the planning process. From cocktail parties to conferences, she continues to wow us wearing the most stylish shoes and always with a smile on her face.

When she is not working, we will find her with a paint brush in her hand or curled up “nose-deep” in a great book with her corgi-basset, Doug by her side. Who doesn’t love a millennial that still prefers paper!

Susan Wormser is the Sales and Marketing Director for Z Event Company and the Event Glossary. Susan is a native New Orleanian with over 25 years experience in the event industry which all began as an intern at Saks Fifth Avenue in 1987 then rising to Marketing Director overseeing 15 employees and taking events on the road to several states. Her greatest strengths are her creativity and drive and thrives on seeing an idea come to fruition.

When Susan isn’t networking at an event or producing an event, she loves to play competitive tennis and snuggle with her Cavallier King Charles Spaniel named Louis. She has a son and daughter who are in college in Washington, DC.

President, Susan Zackin, a native New Orleanian, has been in the event planning world for over 30 years. She began her career as an interior designer and brings her expert sense of spatial relations and a sense of urgency with her to the event world. Her vast experience, of working both in South Florida and other parts of the globe, has given her fabulous opportunities to work with many distinguished clients and produce elegant to outrageous events! Susan and her team look forward to starting the planning process with you on your next event!
